Refund Policy

Free FMCSA lookups

Looking up a carrier's FMCSA record on CarrierSentry is free — there is nothing to refund.

Monthly subscriptions — cancel anytime

Monitoring plans are billed monthly in U.S. dollars through our Merchant of Record, Gumroad. You can cancel at any time from your Gumroad receipt or Gumroad library; your monitoring stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid monitoring plan, email us within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that charge in full. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Gumroad and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

How to request a refund or cancel

To cancel, use the subscription-management link in your Gumroad receipt or library. To request a refund, email us with the email address on your subscription. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
