Looking up a carrier's FMCSA record on CarrierSentry is free — there is nothing to refund.
7-day free trial
Every paid monitoring plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Monthly subscriptions — cancel anytime
Monitoring plans are billed monthly in U.S. dollars through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your monitoring stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be billed again.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid monitoring plan, email us within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that charge in full. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
How to request a refund or cancel
To cancel, use the billing-portal link in your account or in any CarrierSentry receipt. To request a refund, email us with the email address on your subscription. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
