Starter re-checks your selected roster daily and emails the observed before-and-after values when a monitored field changes. Review the official SAFER record and your own vetting process before deciding on a load. Reported filings do not establish coverage for a particular load. Public records can be delayed; this is not real-time monitoring.

After checkout
- 1. Pay securely in Gumroad. Starter is USD 19/month for up to 25 selected carriers. Payment is required to enable account access. Cancel from your Gumroad receipt. CarrierSentry never receives your card details.
- 2. Open the dashboard securely. After purchase verification, request a one-time link using the email on the purchase. A checkout return alone does not confirm access.
- 3. Add selected USDOT numbers. Your first result is a saved FMCSA snapshot in the dashboard, with its timestamp. Adding a carrier requires a successful lookup; an unavailable snapshot stays pending.
After that, daily checks compare the selected fields. A change triggers an email attempt; no change means no email. Pending notices are shown in your dashboard and retried. Provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. This is not live load clearance, insurance verification for a load, or a guarantee of carrier safety.
Already paid but cannot access your first snapshot? Check your dashboard using the purchase email. Do not buy again; contact support with your receipt if access or the snapshot remains unavailable. Never send card details.
