After checkout

  1. 1. Pay securely in Gumroad. Mini is USD 10/month for up to 10 selected carriers; Starter is USD 19/month for up to 25 selected carriers. Payment is required to enable account access. Cancel from your Gumroad receipt. CarrierSentry never receives your card details.
  2. 2. Open the dashboard securely. After purchase verification, request a one-time link using the email on the purchase. A checkout return alone does not confirm access.
  3. 3. Add selected USDOT numbers. Your first result is a saved FMCSA snapshot in the dashboard, with its timestamp. Adding a carrier requires a successful lookup; an unavailable snapshot stays pending.

After that, daily checks compare the selected fields. A change triggers an email attempt; no change means no email. Pending notices are shown in your dashboard and retried. Provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. This is not live load clearance, insurance verification for a load, or a guarantee of carrier safety.

Already paid but cannot access your first snapshot? Check your dashboard using the purchase email. Do not buy again; contact support with your receipt if access or the snapshot remains unavailable. Never send card details.
