Privacy Policy

• The email address you submit to unlock a risk report, start a trial, or receive alerts.
• The USDOT/MC numbers you choose to monitor (to re-check them and notify you of changes).
• Basic, anonymous usage analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to improve the product.

We do not store the contents of free, one-off lookups beyond a short technical cache of the public FMCSA result, and we do not require an account to use the free lookup.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments for monitoring are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, under their own privacy terms.

To provide the service: send the risk-report unlock, run carrier monitoring, send change alerts to your chosen email(s), process your subscription, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Upstash (data storage), Resend (transactional email), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and analytics providers. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Carrier safety data shown on CarrierSentry comes from public FMCSA / SAFER records. That data is published by the U.S. government, not collected from you.

You can unsubscribe from alert emails at any time, cancel monitoring from the billing portal, or ask us to delete your stored email and watchlist by writing to us. CarrierSentry is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18.
